“Jim and his team from Premier Custom Decks just completed our deck re-build well ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier! Our new deck is a fiberon composite 32 feet by 12 feet deck with a water sealing membrane above the joists and four 24-inch by 24-inch Brick columns. The process was smooth from beginning to end. From Rod Saunders’ creative design and generous guidance through some decisions we needed to make, to the truly custom building of expert (skilled and experienced) builders, we have a beautiful deck that should last for years. It wasn’t an easy project, either. The old, existing 2nd-floor deck was built over bedrooms. Much of this deck had to be demolished without damaging the structure below before the new work could proceed. They were meticulously careful. The project included not only the decking, but a new bridge to the deck from another part of the house, and a new stairwell. All are sturdy and well-engineered.
